Havana Nights will refresh The River Ball for 2017 – ensuring it stands out as both a unique event as well as being the next in a series of successful parties-with-a-heart. The natural link between The ‘River’ Ball and the port city of Havana holds everything together nicely: new and intriguing, but not confusing to those who know us.

This year’s River Ball will happen on May 4th. Based on early feedback & responses, don’t wait to get your ticket. If you do, you might have to take our word for what the best party in town was like, as well as how many dollars we raised for the Foundation.

Event Branding

Like all good branding ideas, Havana Nights’ influence spills over from communications into the actual experience. The hand-drawn Cuban imagery and custom type is being used everywhere, from the invitations to the Universal Eventspace. The theme is impacting music, food, fashion – everything that will make the night unforgettable.

The ability to leverage the hospital’s digital emphasis via design that brings together art deco and electronic circuitry.

Break through the clutter to attract 1000 guests and generate $900,000 in funds raised - up 25% & 38% respectively from the previous year.

Event Branding

This art deco meets electronic circuitry design schema was worked through the development of the Riverball identity, Impressions by the River event theme, and all associated iconography.

Sponsorship Branding

From a gold-stamped satin finish envelope to a uniquely designed sponsorship brochure, through to a series of key event element cards… All were as tactile as they were beautiful.

The creation of a holistic theme and look & feel for this annual fundraising event, leveraging its headline performer RAIN; a Beatles tribute band.

The ability to garner attention and attract a sellout crowd of over 800 guests delivering a record breaking tally of $650,000.

Event Branding

Prior to designing all elements of the Revolution by the River package, we developed an umbrella identity for the Riverball, one that would be used year after year and would work with a host of annual themes.
