Paul is a CA (CPA) and entrepreneur. Paul enjoys the challenge of building companies, architecting agreements and giving those around him the tools to grow and prosper.
He is at home in a board meeting or helping with the specifics of a project. Paul is detail-oriented and focuses on the financial and management areas of the business.

Joe Angellotti

With over 30 years of retail marketing, sales and client service experience, Joe knows how to help clients grow their business. And he’s been doing just that for brands like Nike Canada and the Hudson’s Bay Company for more than 17 years. Joe’s genuine passion for people continually drives his desire to create environments where creativity and productivity are surpassed only by great coffee.

Ryan Walker

Goal: To play a round of golf with Rory McIlroy, Ryan Reynolds and Tommy Lee.
Ryan prides himself on being a hands-on leader with a proven track record of delivering exceptional business results. He excels at leading teams through experience, empathy and innovation. Ryan has spent over two decades spearheading omni-channel solutions for some of the biggest brands in the country, including Coca-Cola, ABInBev, Loblaw Companies Ltd., Oxford Properties, Toyota, General Motors, Mercedes-Benz, RBC and MasterCard.
When Ryan isn’t focused on the needs of clients and colleagues, he enjoys time with his family, coaching and playing sports, all sports.

Manny Machado

Goal: Always be curious.
Manny started out as a graphic designer but leveraged his technical ability to work first in web development and then in different forms of large format printing. This expertise in both production and design give him a unique eye to solving problems and getting things done. He is equally comfortable talking about the curve, texture and feel of a tap handle as he is the creative idea that it revolves around.

Josie Perino
Central to: Financial Accounting & H.R.
Goal: To grow together.
Josie’s adventures began at Ryerson (TMU), where she graduated with a Commerce degree in Human Resources Management. She spent her final semester getting as far away from the Canadian winter as possible and studied abroad in Melbourne, Australia. Not missing the cold too much, she spent the next four years travelling through Australia, New Zealand, Asia, and Europe.
During her adventures, she discovered a passion for accounting (you know how expensive travelling is!) so upon returning, she completed her CPA, CMA. Since then, she has worked in various senior roles within construction, retail, manufacturing, and asset management.

Jeff Millar

Goal: To find inspiration in things often overlooked.
Jeff started out in computer animation but soon found himself drawn to graphic arts. Throughout his career as a designer and creative director, Jeff has worked on brand identities, innovations, product launches and breakthrough retail campaigns for Nike, Molson Coors, Lindt, the Toronto Blue Jays, and Canada’s biggest department store, Hudson’s Bay Company, including the famous Hudson’s Bay Christmas windows.

Jenn Dunstan

With nearly two decades of progressive integrated marketing experience, 9+ years in a leadership role, Jenn is especially passionate about brand reputation and strategy. A champion of change, her robust portfolio spans several national magazines and ad agencies.
She’s helped Tier 1, 2 & 3 businesses (both agency- and client-side) strengthen their local authority, influence audience perceptions, and minimize negative commentary. Meticulous and resilient, Jenn strives for authenticity and consistency in both her personal brand and those of her clients.

Alex Davies

Goal: To quote Fleetwood Mac in this bio.
After starting her career as a casting producer for reality television, Alex realized that if she could convince women to put their weddings on television, she could convince them of pretty much anything. Which, naturally, led her to advertising. Alex has built big, award-winning ideas for national and international brands, including Smarties, Turtles, Intuit, Nescafé, The Canadian Red Cross, and the CFL.
Alex has always worked in independent agencies because why go someone else’s way when — to quote the great Fleetwood Mac — you can Rhiannon.

Rocco Pelle

Goal: To find inspiration in the everyday.
Over the last 15 years, Rocco has worked with a range of clients from Nike, The Hudson’s Bay Company, Lindt, IKO, KPMG and Arterra Wines. Whenever Rocco is not tinkering with the latest smart home technology, researching how to improve his golf score or planning his next family trip to Disney, he is busy creating award-winning designs and retail executions. With a passion for design, 3D rendering, photography and interior design, Rocco often uses these mixed disciplines in his daily work.
